If your order arrives and is incorrect, we'll resolve the issue—no hassle, guaranteed.

If the item doesn’t fit or you're simply not satisfied, please complete the form below to start a return or exchange. This applies to new, unused, and unaltered items, and must be done within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All requests will be reviewed for approval.

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, as specified in their detailed product descriptions. Please refer to the individual product page for specific restrictions.

Please ensure that returned items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all labels and the original invoice. This must be accompanied by the return form filled out with all necessary details. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return. Additionally, returns or exchanges are not accepted for electronic devices like communicators, action cameras, Bluetooth kits, or related accessories. Spares and helmet accessories such as visors, spare parts, anti-fog lenses, vents assemblies, and inner paddings are also non-returnable.

The return period ends 48 hours after you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the order to the warehouse address provided by our team. You may use any carrier of your choice, but we recommend a shipping method with online tracking and insurance for your return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

Any loss, theft, or damage to items during the return process is the customer's responsibility.

We do not accept payment on delivery (COD) for returned items.

After your package arrives at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for us to open, inspect, and evaluate the return. Once this process is complete, we will email you with details regarding any applicable refunds, product exchanges, or store credits. You will receive a confirmation email from Moto Central outlining the next steps.

For Exchange Orders:

Our team will inform you of the applicable reshipping and forwarding fees for your exchange order. Once these fees are paid, our logistics team will proceed with dispatching the exchange shipment.

Exchange Policy:

You are allowed one exchange request per order, though multiple items can be included in that request. Note that additional exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted. Once an exchange order is delivered, it cannot be exchanged or returned again.

For Refunds:

Refunds will be processed following a physical inspection to confirm that the returned items meet our acceptable condition criteria.

Used or Damaged Products:

Products that has been used or shows signs of wear cannot be returned. To avoid this, please try on boots indoors and test your motorcycle helmet at home before using them. Items exhibiting signs of use such as wear, dirt, odors, pet hair, scuffing, or any condition different from how they were received are not eligible for return.

If a returned item is deemed used and ineligible for exchange or return, it will be shipped back to you. You will be notified of any applicable courier fees for the return shipment. Once the payment is received, the item will be dispatched back to you.

 

Order Cancellation:

If Order Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not been shipped from our warehouse, a 5% payment gateway fee based on the total order value will be deducted from your refund.

If Order Assigned to Courier

If your order has already been handed over to a courier, the refund will include the following deductions: 5% payment gateway fee based on the total order value .Actual courier charges for both forwarding and returning the shipment to the origin
